Can I get a refund for a duplicate Campy Plus purchase?
Yes!
If you accidentally purchased Campy Plus twice, you may be eligible for a refund.
If you are on Android, just send us an email at: support@campy.app, requesting for a refund with your Google sign up email address.
If you are on an Apple device, follow these steps:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
- Tap or click "I'd like to.”
- Choose "Request a refund.”
- Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.
- Choose the item or items that you bought, then choose Submit.
