I'm not happy with Campy Plus, how can I get a refund?
We're sorry to hear that! But no worries, if you are on Android, just send us an email at: support@campy.app. If you are on an Apple device, follow these steps:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
- Tap or click "I'd like to.”
- Choose "Request a refund.”
- Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.
- Choose the item or items that you bought, then choose Submit.
