I've purchased Campy Plus, but how do I activate it?

You can quickly activate your Campy Plus purchase by either logging out and back into the app, or uninstalling and reinstalling it, and then logging back in again.

You can also activate it using a manual method should the above not work, or if you install the Campy app on a second device (that has to be connected to the same Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

First, do these checks:

1. Check if Campy Plus is already active: Go to 'Profile' and check if you see a yellow/black '+' symbol next to your profile picture.
2. Ensure you are logged into the Apple AppStore or Google Play store on your device, using the account you purchased Campy Plus with.
3. Make sure your subscription is still valid on your Apple or Google account.

Campy Plus can be manually reactivated at any time using the following steps:

• Open the Campy home/map screen.
• Click on the black and yellow ‘Plus’ symbol.
• If Campy Plus is not activated, then a purchase page will open.
• Click on 'more about Campy Plus' (sometimes you have to move the image up a bit).
• The Campy Plus explanation page will now open. Scroll down here and click on 'restore purchases'.
