I've purchased Campy Plus, how can I restore my purchases?
You can quickly restore your Campy Plus purchase.
For example, if you re-install the Campy app or get a new device.
First, do these checks:
- Check if Campy Plus is already active: Go to 'Profile' and check if you see a yellow '+' next to your profile picture.
- Ensure you are logged into the Apple AppStore or Google Play store on your device, using the account you purchased Campy Plus with.
- Make sure your subscription is still valid on your Apple or Google account.
Then, restore Campy Plus in the Campy app.
- Log out of your Campy account in the Campy app, and then immediately log back in.
- If this did not activate Campy Plus, uninstall Campy and reinstall it from the app store. Then log in again to activate Campy Plus and restore your saved data.
