Why can't I redeem a promo code?

You can only use one promo code per account.

If you've already used one or are currently a Campy Plus member, you won’t be able to redeem another.

Please note that promo codes are also case sensitive - please ensure that the code is written exactly in the format it was given to you (in all CAPS for example).
