How can I use my promo code?
Follow these simple steps to activate your promo code:
- Open the Campy app
- Tap on your profile (bottom right corner)
- Scroll down and tap on ‘+ Enter promo code’ and enter the code (please note that promo codes are CAPS sensitive)
- Your subscription will start with the free months included in your voucher.
Important: When you sign up for a free trial, you will be prompted by your device's app store to add payment details (this is not a Campy requirement, but an Apple App/Play Store requirement*), but you will not get charged until the free trial is over. If you don’t want to continue with an annual subscription, you can cancel any time within the free trial period via your app store. You’ll still keep full access to Campy Plus during the entire trial period — for free!
*Your app store should notify you before you get charged, but we've had cases where some people haven't been warned in advance and were debited the annual Campy subscription fee. In this case, please reach out to us for a refund in you are an Android (Google Play Store) user, or request a refund directly from Apple if you an an Apple App Store user.
