How can I change or cancel my subscription?

For Android:

  1. Open the Google Play app on your device.
  2. Click on the icon/image of your profile top right.
  3. Select Payments and Subscriptions, then click on Subscriptions.
  4. Select the Campy app from your list of subscriptions, and then click cancel subscription at the bottom of the screen.

For iOS/Apple:

  1. Open the Apple App Store app on your device.
  2. Tap your profile photo, then select Purchase History.
  3. For active subscriptions, go to Settings, tap your name, and select Subscriptions. You can also view your full, filterable history online at reportaproblem.apple.com.
  4. Select your Campy subscription to change or cancel it.

Please note: If you cancel your Campy subscription in the app store on one device, your subscription will be canceled everywhere. This means you’ll also lose access on any other device where you’re logged in with the same app store or Campy account.
