Can I change my email address?

At the moment it is not possible to change the email address of your account. If you want to change the email address, you will have to delete your account and create a new account with the new email address. Unfortunately, if you do so, all your saved data and info associated with your old account will get lost.


However, if you have a paid subscription for Campy Plus (whether Yearly or Lifetime), it is linked to your app store. So when you register a new account and log in, you just need to restore your purchases🙏 While your old data cannot be recovered, you can regain access to your Campy Plus status.


How to restore your Plus account after creating a new Campy account with your new email:

When you open the app, click on the yellow/black plus sign in the top right corner of the screen. This will take you to the Campy pricing plans page. Scroll all the way to the bottom of this page, where you should be able to see a small text in black that says ‘Recover purchases’. Click here to continue and restore your Plus account.
