Can I use the app offline?
Yes, you can! When you have no internet or an unstable connection, Campy still has your back.
With Campy Plus, you can download offline maps for specific countries and use it to view areas and locations within these maps without internet connection.
To download:
- Open the Campy app.
- Tap the download icon (a downward facing arrow) on the home/map screen.
- You should now be on the 'Offline mode' page. Make sure that offline mode is switched OFF using the yellow toggle button.
- Click on the country map you would like to use. This will initiate its download.
Once you have downloaded the map of the relevant country (or countries) before your trip, you can use the map in 'Offline mode' and view locations within its area (location details and 1 photo of the location will be shown).
Note: Make sure you have enough storage space on your device and a stable internet connection before starting your downloads!
