Why do I receive an upgrade message for Campy Plus when trying to connect to Android Auto/CarPlay?

If you receive an 'upgrade to Campy Plus' message when trying to connect Campy to Android Auto or Apple CarPlay, you might be missing a step. Users must first launch the Campy app on their smartphone. This ensures that the in-car Android Auto interface recognizes the user's Campy Plus subscription. Simply starting from the DHU without launching the app will not activate the DHU navigation.
